Consulate General of Turkey in New York announces a Request for Proposals (RFP) in search of offers for a Demolition Contractor to carry out the entire demolition of the current “Turkevi Center Building” and the townhouse located at 821 United Nations Plaza, New York, NY 10017 Block 1338, Lots 30, 31 and 32. Demolition work will include hazardous material handling (abatement/remediation), material salvage/recycling, site work, utility work, building decontamination, mold control and dust control.

The current Turkevi Center building is eleven stories tall with a floor plate of 6,600 SF with a total of approximately 72,600 SF. The town house building is five stories tall with a floor plate of 1400 SF with a total of approximately 6,400 SF.
